The Partners In Policymaking class of 2003 graduated on Saturday, May 10,
at the Holiday Inn Koger Center on Midlothian Turnpike. The 26 graduates
are to be commended for their hard work and dedication during the past
eight PIP sessions. A graduation traditionally indicates an ending...but
also a new and exciting beginning. Congratulations 2003 Partners graduates!
